A proposito di questa bungalow struttura in affitto
Imagine waking up high in the mountains, surrounded by snow and fresh mountain air, with views towards Trysilfjellet and Skurufjellet. Our traditional Norwegian log cabin sits on a large, private plot above Høyfjellssenteret in Fageråsen, with everything you need for a comfortable and active ski holiday right outside your door.
With a fireplace, private sauna, dedicated ski and sports entrance and 5 bedrooms for up to 12 guests, the cabin is made for families, for one family, several families or several generations together.
Warm and Cosy After a Day Outdoors
The cabin is approximately 120 m². At its heart is the spacious living and dining room, with a fireplace insert, a 55` smart TV and dining space for 12-14 people. End the ski day in the private sauna.
The kitchen is very well equipped for larger groups: large refrigerator, oven and hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen machine, pots and pans in various sizes, waffle iron and baking equipment. A freezer and microwave are in the ski and sports entrance.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements
5 bedrooms and 12 beds:
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90 x 195 cm)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (150 x 235 cm) and wall-mounted TV with Chromecast, a favourite with children and teenagers
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed (90 x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 4 (family room): double bed (180 x 210 cm), bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), 46` TV with Chromecast and its own separate WC
- Bedroom 5: double bed (150 x 200 cm)
Bed linen, towels and bathroom amenities are included in your stay.
Bathrooms and Sauna
2 bathrooms, both with underfloor heating, shower and WC, plus a separate WC in the family room. Washing machine and dryer in one of the bathrooms. Private sauna.
Ski and Sports Entrance
A dedicated entrance for winter use with two boot dryers, a ski waxing bench, storage space and plenty of hooks, so wet clothing and equipment stay out of the living areas.
Outdoor Areas
The large south- and west-facing terrace can be reached from the main door, the ski entrance and the living room, with views towards Trysilfjellet and Skurufjellet. In winter it may be covered by snow, but the covered seating area by the entrance offers a sheltered place to sit, and you can light the fire pit for a cosy evening outside.
Mountain Living Made Easy
Cross-country ski trails start right outside the door. For alpine skiing, the access trail into the slopes starts about 150 metres from the cabin. Ski down to Høyfjellssenteret and take the free ski bus back to the cabin (about 10 minutes). The bus stops directly behind the cabin, and also runs to SkiStar Lodge Trysil and Trysil town centre. A valid SkiPass is required.
Parking and Guest Access
Private parking outside the cabin for approximately 4-5 cars. Guests have exclusive use of the entire cabin and all outdoor areas; it is not shared with other guests or the owners.
Fageråsen and Trysil
Høyfjellssenteret (about 1 km) and SkiStar Lodge Trysil (about 1.4 km) are within walking distance. SkiStar Lodge also has a spa and swimming pool (admission fee). Fageråsen is the quieter, high-mountain side of Trysil.
