This 3 Bedroom villa is built for families and groups, with room for up to 8 guests and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa, so the kids and grown-ups each get their own space. The full kitchen makes it easy to pack snacks for the parks and save on dining out. A balcony or patio, ceiling fans, and TV give everyone a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The villa has stairs inside, and the multi-level layout gives the bedrooms a little separation from the living space.

- Wood treatment: from September 14, 2026 through January 2027, buildings will be tented intermittently. Amenities remain accessible.
- Pool closure: pool facilities are closed for maintenance November 1 to December 31, 2026. Guests may notice noise and work crews. Dates are subject to change.
- Air conditioning is limited, and there are no elevators.
- The lobby is open 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., seven days a week.
- A limited number of ground-floor requests are available for physical or medical needs. Call the Vacation Planning Center to request one.
- Parking is limited, and the resort cannot accommodate boats, RVs, or trailers.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The outdoor pools are heated and open year-round.
- Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers.
- There are no lifeguards on duty. Please follow posted signage.
- A credit card is required at check-in for a $250 security deposit.
- Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, and companionship animals are not.
