Welcome to Oak and White – Architect’s Loft, a one-of-a-kind 65 m² design loft overlooking the Mytilene Marina — created for travellers looking for something more than simply a place to stay.

For decades, this unique space was an architect’s studio, a place where ideas, drawings and buildings came to life. Today, it has been carefully transformed into an exceptional contemporary loft, preserving its architectural soul while offering all the comforts of a premium stay.

The original timber roof and skylights, natural oak, warm neutral tones and carefully selected furniture and artwork give the space a character of its own. Every detail has been considered to create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and genuinely welcoming.

The bedroom features a king-size bed and a 40” TV, while the living area offers a 65” TV and a generous sofa that converts into a large, comfortable double bed. The loft can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

One of Oak and White’s most distinctive features is its two bioethanol fireplaces — one in the living room and one in the bedroom — adding warmth, atmosphere and a unique sense of relaxation to both spaces.

Wake up beneath the timber roof and natural light from the skylights, enjoy a quiet evening by the fire, or step onto the balcony and take in the view towards Mytilene Marina.

Set in the heart of Mytilene, the loft places you close to the waterfront, cafés, restaurants and the life of the city, while giving you the feeling of staying somewhere truly special.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire loft during their stay, including the bedroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, bathroom and private balcony.

The property is entirely yours to enjoy — no spaces are shared with the host or other guests.

Please note that Oak and White is located on the second floor of a listed building and there is no elevator, so access is via stairs.

For safety and comfort, two of the skylights are fixed and cannot be opened.

The loft offers self check-in via a smart lock, giving you the flexibility to arrive independently.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property, but is allowed on the private balcony.
