Welcome to Summerfield House, a stylish four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath country retreat in the heart of Bridgehampton. Set on a beautifully landscaped 0.34-acre property, this light-filled two-story home offers approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of living space, beautiful hardwood floors, an inviting living room, and a cozy family room with a fireplace. The sun-drenched dining room overlooks the gardens and pool, while the kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Viking range, and a farmhouse sink. A first-floor en-suite guest bedroom adds convenience and comfort.
Step outside to a private heated pool surrounded by lush greenery, lounge seating, and beautifully maintained gardens. A charming brick patio provides an inviting setting for outdoor dining and relaxation. Ideally situated south of the highway, the home is just a few blocks from Bridgehampton's restaurants, boutique shops, and galleries, with renowned ocean beaches only minutes away. This elegant retreat offers the perfect blend of classic Hamptons charm and relaxed coastal living.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.
The Neighborhood:
Located south of the highway in the heart of Bridgehampton, this property offers a peaceful retreat in one of the Hamptons' most desirable communities. Just a few blocks from the village's charming Main Street, guests can explore boutique shops, art galleries, cafés, and renowned restaurants. The beautiful ocean beaches, including Mecox Beach and Ocean Road Beach, are just a short drive away, offering opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and coastal relaxation. The surrounding area is known for its scenic countryside, local farm stands, and wineries, while nearby Sag Harbor and East Hampton provide additional shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. With its convenient location and relaxed coastal atmosphere, Bridgehampton offers the perfect balance of small-town charm and the quintessential Hamptons experience.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
The pool is open seasonally from October through May 1. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
Pool heating is available for an additional $45/night and is kept at a maximum temperature of 80°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
Closet Lighting: Please note that one of the closets in the upstairs queen bedroom does not have a light.
Back Door: To lock the back door leading to the hatch, please lift the handle.
The fireplace flue must remain open at all times. Do not close it.
Security Deposit Policy:
Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
