Residenza Pigna is a four-bedroom apartment in Palazzo Berardi, a palace built in 1565 on Via del Gesù, a short walk from the Pantheon. Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and Campo de' Fiori are all reachable on foot.

Inside, the original terracotta floors, timber-beamed ceilings, walnut doors and a carved stone fireplace frame large, bright rooms. Windows overlook the lanes of the historic centre or the inner courtyard, where a working 1870 water clock stands above a marble fountain. A balcony looks over an ochre courtyard with roof gardens.

Four bedrooms sleep up to ten guests, with three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a laundry area. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, lift and keypad self check-in.

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Guest IDs are required before arrival for police registration, as Italian law requires. Rome's city tax is paid separately. No smoking, no pets.
