The Space

At 1,200 square feet, it's cozy, thoughtfully put together, and updated top to bottom with a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms, new furnishings, and fresh bedding throughout.

Upstairs, the open floor plan flows from the kitchen to the dining area and living room, then right out onto the deck overlooking the golf course. Whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation.

Sink into the oversized sectional by the fireplace, put something on the Smart TV, grab a book, or raid the game closet for family game night.

The kitchen is well appointed for meals at home, and the dining table comfortably seats six. On warmer days, step outside for morning coffee or dinner on the deck, where you'll find outdoor seating, golf course and mountain views, and a brand-new grill.

Need to check in with work? Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace upstairs make it easy to catch up on email or take a call.

Then close the laptop. You're in Sun Valley.

Bedrooms & Baths

Both bedrooms are downstairs, away from the main living area.

The primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV, generous closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and heated floors - especially nice on chilly Sun Valley mornings. It also opens onto its own covered lower deck overlooking the golf course.

The bunk room has two sets of bunk beds with four twin beds in total, plus a full closet. The adjoining bathroom has a shower and heated floors. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo.

The condo comfortably sleeps six guests.

Elkhorn Perks

One of the best parts of staying here is access to the fantastic Elkhorn Association amenities.

Guests receive seasonal access to select amenities that may include pools, hot tubs, pickleball, and tennis. Spend a summer afternoon by the pool or soak tired legs in the hot tub after a day on Baldy.

You're tucked into a quiet Elkhorn community surrounded by aspens, mountain scenery, and the golf course, yet you're only minutes from Sun Valley Village, Dollar Mountain, Bald Mountain, and downtown Ketchum.

The nearby free local bus makes getting to the mountains, Sun Valley Village, and Ketchum even easier.

Ski Baldy in the morning. Come home and warm up by the fire. Head into Ketchum for dinner. Or stay in, fire up the grill, and enjoy a quiet evening in the mountains.
