A game at the pink pool table, then dinner on the covered terrace. Good Company by Aryve is a 3-bedroom penthouse for 6 guests overlooking the Nobby Beach village, with connected living spaces and individually styled bedrooms: 2 kings and 1 queen, 3 ensuites and a separate powder room.



The Space:

Time together



The pink pool table gives the afternoon an easy starting point. Pick a partner, open the balcony doors and let a game run into dinner. The kitchen, dining table and living room share the same open space, so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation.



The kitchen has a long island with stools, a refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. There is a proper indoor dining table for meals together, with the pink table close by once the plates are cleared. In the living room, a generous corner sofa faces the television, with daylight through the surrounding windows.



Outside, at your own pace



The covered terrace has a long dining table and a lounge setting alongside it. Breakfast can stretch into the morning out here, or everyone can gather when you come back from the village. The long balcony runs beside the palms, with the neighbouring rooftops and the street below.



At the end of the day



The 3 bedrooms each have their own character. A rectangular rattan headboard and a chaise give the neutral room a soft, relaxed feel, with doors out to a balcony. The yellow bedroom pairs a round rattan headboard with a chair by the glass doors. The pink bedroom has an ornate white headboard and window shutters.



Sleeping arrangements



Maximum guests: 6.



- Neutral bedroom: 1 king bed.

- Yellow bedroom: 1 king bed.

- Pink bedroom: 1 queen bed.



Bathrooms



There are 3 bathrooms, each an ensuite, and 1 powder room. The bathroom with double basins also has a shower and a bathtub; another has a shower, basin and toilet.



Guest Access:

Your group has the whole penthouse to itself: the bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, the pink pool table, the covered terrace and both balconies.



It is the top-floor residence, and the way up is by stairs only.



Arrival is self check-in: the keys are in a key safe, and its location and code are sent before you arrive.



2 secure car spaces in the basement are included with the stay.



Guests may use the outdoor pool on the building's common property, under the building's rules.



The Neighborhood:

Buoy Café, Moustache and Norté are among the coffee and dining venues at The Oxley, in the Nobby Beach village. Make your own plans for breakfast or dinner, then come back to the balcony and the pink pool table at Good Company.



These are independent venues away from the residence. Meals, drinks and venue experiences are not included in the stay.



Getting Around:

The G:link light rail runs along the highway below the balcony, north to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and south to Burleigh Heads. A car is the easiest way to explore further along the coast, and a taxi or rideshare covers an evening out.



Other Things to Note:

- The penthouse sleeps 6: 2 bedrooms with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed.

- Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 10am. Arrival details are shared before check-in, and the Aryve team can be reached by phone throughout the stay.

- The penthouse is on the top floor and is reached by stairs. There is no lift, so please plan for carrying luggage up the stairs.

- This is an urban village setting beside a busy road, with neighbouring homes, shops and restaurants in the outlook. Traffic, passing trams and local activity may be heard, including in the evening.

- A building site sits directly across the road, and construction work may be heard during the day.

- The building's outdoor pool is shared with the other residents and their guests.

- The penthouse has a noise monitoring device that measures sound level only. It records no audio and there are no cameras inside the home.

- Air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer in the laundry, and Wi-Fi throughout.

- Fresh linen and towels for every bedroom and bathroom, with Grown Alchemist products in each bathroom.
