There is no public transit service near this part of Lake Murray. Our home is part of Lexington County, and the nearest bus routes are 25–35 miles away in Irmo/Columbia.

- There are outside cameras and a ring camera only.
- The property is on a septic system so please be mindful of what goes down the drain. Please no grease after cooking and only human waste in the bathrooms.
- We have Pella windows and doors throughout the house. To unlock the door, turn the knob below the handle to the left and push the handle down. To lock the door, turn the knob to the right and lift the handle up. To operate the window blinds, there is a silver sliding knob on the left or right side of the window. Gently push this up or down to obtain the setting you desire. To open the windows, lift the two laches on the side and then lift the handle below the window to crank.
- There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the house.
- No pets allowed except for service dogs.
- No parties allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. This is our family home so please respect it and our neighbors.
- Outdoor cushions are kept in a storage box on the deck and lower patio for the gazebo. Please place back in the proper storage box after using.
