Located in a quiet residential area of Connah`s Quay, this property provides convenient access to local shops, parks, and transport links. Guests can enjoy nearby walks at Wepre Park and explore historic Ewloe Castle, while Chester is just a short drive away for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The area is also well placed for visiting North Wales and the scenic Snowdonia National Park.

For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly.
Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately.
