Both the front balcony and the back patio lanai are screened and enclosed with glass sliders — usable in any weather, any time of year, with the screens open for a breeze or the glass closed when the weather rolls in. The front balcony is accessible from the guest bedroom, private and tucked away. The back lanai is the larger of the two — full bay view, room to spread out, morning to night.

The boat dock is included with the unit. Trailer parking is offsite, so plan accordingly if you're trailering in, but the dock itself is yours for the duration of your stay.

The condo sleeps 6 across three bedrooms. The master has a king bed. The first guest room has a queen. The third bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa and office desk setup. Two full bathrooms. A large shared heated pool is on site. Not pet-friendly.

Bridge Street is just minutes away — restaurants, shops, bars, and the kind of walkable waterfront strip that makes Bradenton Beach worth coming back to. The Gulf beach is directly accross the street, and the bay is right outside your back door.

Coquina Moorings 204 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for one vehicle. Not pet-friendly. NO onsite boat trailer parking available.
