Welcome to our 1940`s cape cod home! We`re happy to share it with you. This cute and cozy house is located in the desirable West Highlands neighborhood, nestled in-between the West End and Buena Vista neighborhoods and just a short trip to downtown.
Enjoy the home including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. This space also comes with a smart Roku TV with Netflix. Relax on the back deck with a cup of coffee or cocktail.
There’s also a large fenced-in backyard with a deck. There is a private driveway that can fit up to three cars. Well-behaved dogs allowed for a small fee.
There are three bedrooms. The one on the main floor has a Queen bed. One upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and the other has a King bed with a day bed that features a trundle for a total of 2 twin mattresses. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. On the main floor there is a living room with two couches, a dining room, and a kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a homemade meal, plus coffee and tea. There is a deck with another eating and sitting area.
We will give you privacy but we live in town and are available if you need us.
Residential neighborhood within walking distance to Hanes Park, Baptist Hospital, several local restaurants, grocery stores, the YMCA, and two breweries.
The location is:
- a half a mile from Wake Forest Baptist Hospital
- less than two miles from downtown
- one and a half miles from the Benton Convention Center
- four miles from Wake Forest University
- three miles from Forsyth Medical
- less than three miles from UNC School of the Arts
- three miles from Winston-Salem State University

As some reviews have mentioned, this house sits on a busy intersection. We love that it`s so close to many attractions but just know that there may be some traffic noise.
Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 pm until 6 am each day.
Please park vehicles in the driveway only, not in the grass or side of the road.
