The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 28 m² flat for rent in the Port of La Trinité-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to two guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful duplex bedroom with an open-plan mezzanine, and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
Upstairs on the mezzanine:
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room + WC
The staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep. For safety reasons, the property is not recommended for young children or people with mobility difficulties.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a fan, an ironing board and an iron.
The duplex is ideally situated on the harbour at La Trinité-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
