Hotel wasn’t particularly comfortable and noisy at night - no breakfast facilities

Excellent stay with super helpful and kind front of house. They gave us the right info, great tips and made sure we have a great stay too! Room and bathroom were on the small side, but that was fine for us. Location was perfect too...close to everywhere, yet close to a car park too.

All was great...maybe the wifi could do with some improvement.

Ceilings were so low only people 5’10” or less could avoid hitting their head. 3 flights of stairs to our room. No lift. Restaurant and Bar directly below our room was noisey until after 2am except in Sunday night when it was closed.

There was a platform connecting my room and the neighbours room outside the windows, it would have easily been possible to get in the room through this thing. Might be paranoid, but that felt weird. Other than that, it was a superb stay!

Great location and hosts, very accommodating and friendly, efficient and straightforward. Facilities clean, warm and modern especially given it is in the old town in a historic building. Please realize it is in the historic old town in an old building so the rooms are sufficient but not as large as a new-build hotel outside the old city. But I was fine, it was clean and efficiently designed and well worth the "efficient" size to have such a wonderfully convenient location.

My only complaint was the wifi was terribly slow. No big deal since the stay was short and not for business, but for business I would have had serious problems given the speed of the internet. That said, no hotel is perfect and the larger, modern hotel buildings are on the outskirts of town. The amazingly central location of this jewel really lends itself to tourist visits and for using google the internet is fine.

The location is perfect - just meters away from Bodensee and easily accessible to Altstadt - shopping & restaurants. The hotel building is old & beautiful. Staff is friendly & supportive. Although hotel does not have parking - there is a parkin spot nearby.

Although we booked a suite, all 3 beds were uncomfortable, there was only 1 pillow for each - also very very uncomfortable… Overall the room was clean, but we found a pill on the carpet, and while we had a 2 year old at the room this could create a very risky situation - we were lucky… But we definitely think cleaning a room where small kids are staying should be done more cautiously…

Location was excellent and the staff made an extra effort. It was very clean. Old charming building. All in all, very charming little hotel. Thumbs up.

I had difficulties standing upright in our room. We had to share bathroom and bathroom with two other rooms (no real problem though).

Fantastic location & friendly helpful staff. Lovely old building right in the centre of the old town.

Bathroom & shower extremely small and if you stay on the top floor it is a long way to carry your luggage.

The stuff was so kind and helpful.

There was only one toilet in one floor and it got crowded in the morning.
