Anna was waiting for me to give me the keys, even though my flight was delayed and she had to wait for me more than it was arranged. The apartment is downtown which is very convenient for .going out and visiting all the museums and strolling around the main Square. It was very clean and it made me feel like home. Anna is an extraordinary person and was there every hour of the day to assist me in anything I could asked her. I would highly recommend it !!!!!!!

Clean easy access
Poor wifi - most of time I couldn't use and on last day there we no heating and hot water so I couldn't take shower before flight and outs was minus 4C, very disappointed.
