So quiet with stunning views, cottage had everything you needed for a short stay or longer stay , bed was comfortable, shower was great , owners are lovely and on hand if you need anything , will definitely be back at this beautiful cottage

The cottage is clean and beautifully equipped, the owners have thought of everything. Being on a hill you get the most amazing views especially of the sunset reflecting in the estuary. I met several neighbours and they were all so friendly. It is a dark skies area and first night saw a beautiful shooting star.

The cottage was well located just outside Kirkcudbright (easy walking distance) with a good view over the town and St Mary's Isle. It's tastefully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Welcome pack - card, wine, biscuits and dog treats, very cosy and homely

Garden not fully enclosed, difficult when taking your dog, much easier if you can let them out in the garden on their own. Recommend a couple of gates to make it more dog friendly.
