Character Cottage in Old Part of Padstow with private garden and parking
PARCHEGGIO PRIVATO FUORI STRADA entro 500 m dal porto. Holly Cottage offre il fascino del 18 ° secolo con comfort e servizi moderni tutti a cinque minuti a piedi dal porto e vista sull'estuario. Una ricchezza di travi, vecchi pini e sedili di finestra imbottiti e profondi rendono questo superbo cottage "una scoperta". Il giardino posteriore appartato è esposto a sud con un ampio patio. L'incantevole Camel Estuary e Padstow Harbour sono solo pochi minuti a piedi lungo la strada. Magnifiche spiagge sabbiose, piacevoli passeggiate sulle scogliere, vela, sci nautico e pesca sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi, mentre nelle vicinanze sono disponibili trekking su pony, equitazione e il rinomato campo da golf di Trevone. Il famoso chef televisivo Rick Stein ha presentato a Padstow e al suo famoso ristorante di pesce e alle sue altre avventure in città un pubblico completamente nuovo di persone.

This cottage is well located - it delivers with ample space and is well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom in the mornings and the great access to Prideaux Place, Trails, as well as the lovely town of Padstow. Anne was a great host, she was so responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Holly Cottage is perfect in every way. Located in the beautiful old town of Padstow, it’s brilliantly convenient for the town’s fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants, and the busy harbour. Despite being so central, the cottage is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle.The cottage itself is delightful — very spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you need. The decor is tasteful throughout, and I especially loved the Whittard mugs and teapots! These thoughtful little touches really make it feel comfortable and cosy — a true home from home.Another big bonus is the private parking space at the bottom of the garden.Anne was the perfect host: very responsive, helpful, and full of great recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here in late August 2024 with my husband and my mother and we were pleasantly impressed with the location, size and comfort of the property. Our rooms were well furnished and our beds were comfortable. We appreciated having two separate seating areas with comfortable sofas as well as a dining area. Given how hard to come by parking is in Padstow, we really appreciated the allocated parking space. All in all a really positive experience.

Arrived at Holly cottage to find a great house with easy access to great walks, the beach and pubs and restaurants. The house is a good size for our party of six, 4 adults and 2 teens, the snug with an extra TV was ideal, and the kitchen was well equipped, although the 2 single bedrooms could do with wardrobes and some more storage for coats and boots would be good! As another review stated in Aug 13 the house could still do with a good clean, cobwebs everywhere, and dust on top of light shades and pictures etc
