Appartamento piano terra in residence recintato con posto auto. A pochi passi del centro città, la spiaggia e le strutture. Vista sul mare, la città e le montagne dalla terrazza, che si affaccia a sud e si affaccia su un giardino di proprietà del condominio. La terrazza di buone dimensioni è attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, sedie a sdraio e tende da sole. Accesso wifi gratuito. Soggiorno con divano letto, televisione ,, DVD, giochi, video, impianto stereo, tavolo e sedie. Camera da letto con letto / due letti singoli, armadio. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Entrambe le camere si affacciano sul terrazzo attraverso le finestre francesi. Il bagno ha una vasca e doccia completa impianti tecnici. WC separato. Cucina attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, forno a microonde, frigorifero, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, piastra elettrica.
Zona residenziale tranquilla con un sacco di fiori e alberi.
Dieci minuti a piedi dalla Promenade des Anglais. Flat è su una linea di autobus, a pochi minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus.

It's all about the view and outdoor deck :) We enjoyed having meals on the deck as much as possible. The location is very good. It's a quick walk to the promenade and restaurants. We didn't mind the uphill walk for the final stretch of the journey home to counter all the good eating we experienced. When we were bringing home heavy groceries we appreciated the 38 bus. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the owners and manager were lovely to deal with. We hope to stay here again whenever we return to Nice.

We enjoyed our stay of 3 months and found the apartment very much to our liking. The view over Nice is excellent. The service provided by Evelyne was also excellent . We needed wireless internet and Chris Evelynes husband and Jean the owner of the unit, were very helpful in getting it up and running and more than helpful with language and any other problems. The apartment is very handy to everything. We did not hire a car as the bus and trains were very regular and handy.The Nice weather was at its best.The listing is just as advertised, and very clean and tidy. I could recommend it to anyone,and for only English speaking people you get by fairly easy. The Gym which is next door is very well equipped.
