We were placed in number three at the front section overlooking the parking area which was satisfactory for us due to we had a trailer full of house goods, on the move to Somerset West. We were able to keep an eye over the car and trailer parked. It was securely parked behind the main gate inside the premises.
no complaints, we are satisfied with their service rendered

We arrived late the evening and we were warmly welcomed by Elize, a friendly and warm lady who saw to all our needs even though it was so late on a Sunday evening.
Loved the fresh clean room and clean & crisp linen. Peaceful night rest with no noise disturbances. Delicious and filling breakfast enjoyed the next morning.
The shower caddy is too high up and i had difficulty adjusting the water temperature, but I made a plan with my shower hanger. The black slate tile in shower, when wet shows it needs a thorough scrubbing or stripping. Bathroom very cold and draughty.
The breakfast juice was watery, but the lovely coffee made up for that.
My comments are not meant for negative purposes but only to add to an already exceptionally well managed accomodation .

The lady at reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Appreciated her pleasant attitude. Went out ofbher way to help us.
The toilet leaked out quite a lot of water around the bottom at your feet
Other guests made a massive amount of noise after 12pm to 1am, banging and slamming the doors and the wooden floors also did not help right outside our bedroom door.
It seems the door handles to the rooms get stuck or struggle to open and close and make a loud bang or clap sound which is rather disturbing during the morning hours.
Especially with other guest doors just a few steps away from your bed.
