Clean, decently comfortable, soft towels, and a decent price all considered.
I did not like being pushed by almost every staff member to have someone come in and "refresh my towels" etc after two nights. I booked 5 nights. I had my own soap and pillow. There were two towels and enough toilet paper. I'm very clean and considerate in hotels and told EVERY staff member, I didn't need or want anyone in my room during my stay. Even when I got in at 4:30am one morning, they tried to insist they needed to come in. I said no! I've seen this concern from another person, and the hotel replied that this would be addressed. Clearly it has not been. I've NEVER had this issue in all the hotels I've stayed in including a 6 or 7 night stay in Vegas. I'm sure staff is only following management/owners direction, but it needs to change. Only come in if requested. I cannot stay here again unless this changes. 😒
