The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever had! Friendly and polite staff, made a small adjustment to my reservation with no issues. Wasn't overbooked or to crowded with people.
No fans available to put in room per requesting. Could not see where indoor pool would be. Was not asked at check in if I was paying cash or credit card and my card was charged and slid under my door by the time I awoke at 8am.

Clean and comfortable. Includes wifi parking and breakfast which was tasty. Had great little work out room but we didn’t use this.

convenient location, lovely little property, clean and well maintained. employees were amazing from the front desk to the lovely ladies cleaning the rooms. breakfast was wonderful (and I like that Frosted Flakes were available for my picky eater) A great little place to meet family from Maine and celebrate a Kingswood University graduation! I love that the front desk staff were so kind to my brother, as he made many trips to the desk just to chat (and replace lost key cards 😂)

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful accomodation and the ground floor room with my own patio doors that stepped out onto a deck, which I could park my car beside.
Nothing. Had a pleasant chat with the night clerk and the lady serving breakfast as well. Great staff, very very comfortable room. I'll be staying again when I'm working on the area.

The breakfast and service were spectacular. They even upgraded my room for me as it was a low time of the week for travellers.

The hotel is clean and pleasant. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the washroom was stocked with 3 sets of towels. Our room was on the second floor, accessed by stairs (no elevators). Since we drive a plug-in hybrid vehicle, we were happy to find a J1772 outlet to charge our vehicle during our stay. However, as EV becomes more popular, having only one charger will become an issue for guests.
This is not a negative comment on the hotel: New Brunswick Covid-19 rules at the time of our visit in Sept. 2021 (Stage – Green) meant that masks were not required indoors and we saw all other guests without masks. The staff we saw at check-in and in the breakfast area were wearing masks. However, the breakfast area had no staff person serving from the buffet, so everyone was mingling and coming in contact with all of the utensils and items. We felt so uncomfortable, we took our trays of food upstairs and ate in our room.

The room was comfortable and clean
The room was comfortable and clean but the hotel was very noisy and my husband was woken multiple times by noise from other Rooms and the hall way. He even could hear conversation from the room next door
