Amenities like on pool and the walk on the property. Room was clean with lots of storage space
Very busy and somewhat noisy ground floor. Not a calm environment. Not enough staff working the front desk. It would have been nice to know about the lovely grounds instead of discovering them by accident.

The hotel is in a very nice location with great views. The rooms is very nice and clean, staff at the reception were very helpful and accommodating.
The property was very clean and well taken care of. The view of the St. Lawrence and surrounding is beautiful.

The location was beautiful and the room was nice, although very dated and not convenient as far as USB plugs for phones and iPads.
The whole place needs a remodel. Very dated. Also, there were not nearly enough wait staff, so the restaurant situation was tough. Very long waits for everything. Also, tours come here, booking out the dinner reservations for days. So if you are a guest, you may well not be able to eat there if you don't have a reservation.
