Convenient location, rooms where a nice size, and staff was friendly.
The bathrooms were dirty. The tub has Mildew in the corners and there was someone fake eye lashes left on the counter. You could tell someone dropped something and it splashed all over.

We stayed in the hotel only for 1 night. We arrived very late, we were tired. The lady on the registration did a great job registering us really quickly. She explained everything we needed and was very kind and hospitable.
I have already been to Hilton hotels and this one looks/smells a bit old for me.

I loved the location,staff were awesome and breakfast was great, and very clean.
never had to pay extra for breakfast before. The hotel is beautiful but just too expensive and everything was always an “extra” charge.

Our room was missed Saturday for housekeeping purposes, so when we returned to our room about 5:30 pm, it had not been done. But we were compensated with a complimentary breakfast voucher

On the first day of check-in, the staff told me that I did not have breakfast included, even though I had already pre-booked it online. After double-checking, they confirmed that I did indeed have breakfast included, but did not immediately provide me with a voucher.
The next morning, when I went to get my meal voucher, the staff member only gave me the one for the last day of my stay, and seemed unaware of what was going on.
The Wi-Fi was not working and the staff could not fix it. They gave me a coupon code, but it became invalid before I checked out.
The hot water in the bathroom lasted only two minutes in the last few days, and the remaining water was only lukewarm, making it very difficult to take a shower. I was too lazy to complain about it.
On the last day, which was Mother's Day, the nearby restaurant was fully booked. As a solo traveler and already checked out, I could only get takeout food, and when I asked if I could eat in the lobby, a receptionist with glasses told me that the restaurant was closed and I couldn't eat there, even though there were no other customers around and plenty of empty seats.
I understand that rules are rules, but the receptionist's tone was very unpleasant and made me feel like I was being difficult. I will not be staying there again.

Location
No charging stations for my EV. Instead we had to use my husband's gas car to get from home to the hotel because we couldn't charge my EV. It would definitely make me choose the hotel again (or indeed the whole chain of hotels) if there was charging on-site.

friendly staff, and indoor parking would have been great.
The heater in the room was very noisy. We were waking up every time the heater would start all through the night. So we did not feel rested, but we felt tired in the morning. Breakfast had very limited options. We would not expect that from Hilton. It was very simple, and even the freshly made breakfast was not impressive. With all these, we did not see the value of our money.

This facility is newer and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the location is very accessible. The common areas were also updated and clean.
We were disappointed by the hot tub being inoperable during our stay, although in all fairness we did receive a notification that it was closed prior to our departure (with an offer to cancel/reschedule if desired). We found the pool water and room to be too cold to really enjoy. That being said, the changing rooms, fitness center, and pool area in general were updated and spotless.
The breakfast offering felt limited. Being a paid (and relatively expensive) offering, the options and portions seemed limited for the cost. The food itself was very good, but if I were to visit again I'd be inclined to seek breakfast outside of the hotel.
