Beautiful decor and updated rooms. The pillows and bed were super comfortable. All staff were welcoming, friendly, informative snd patient. The 2nd parking lot took a little getting used to. The main parking lot is small and fills up quickly. The elevator came in handy.
The carpet could use a thorough vacuuming.
Wish there was a microwave in my room.

Location one block from waterfront excellent
Breakfast hot items wait time to bring out to buffet due to staff shortage, front desk receptionist covering front desk and breakfast buffet , would of been better had there been additional staff at least to cover breakfast hours , also inadequate space tables to sit at during weekend when hotel full

Nice and clean, near to beach and shopping street,
Nothing specific

It was in a great location, and it was a very unique building. The beds were comfortable, and staff were very helpful and pleasant!
Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms immediately after checking in because our bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The room we got switched to was much cleaner however, we were left uneasy about the state of cleanliness following that. It was also after having to park a few blocks away as the hotel parking is quite limited, and we also believe many people who were at the restaurant (Social) were taking up hotel parking spots. We were able to get a spot behind the hotel on day 2 of our stay but then we had to uber around in order to keep it.

"Great hotel. Very comfy beds!! Parking can be a bit of a problem. Stayed at this hotel to go to Casino Rama. Just get an Uber!"
