The staff is exceptional. Incredibly helpful. Outstanding. In fact among the best I have ever interacted with on all my travels. Short distance was downtown Montreal. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean

I liked the bar/resto on site. Great staff. Room was clean and comfy albeit a bit sparse.
Rooms are very austere. But clean, so that’s good. Location is a bit awkward, but it worked out.

Letto comodo, colazione buona, parcheggio di fronte all’hotel
Al check intorno alle 20.30 impiegato scortese che inizialmente sosteneva anche che la prenotazione non risultava. In generale sia per qualità del, servizio non all’altezza di un quattro stelle

Restaurant staff specially Alex was very welcoming and accommodating
The cleanliness is literally nowhere apart from the restaurant and the lobby. The room carpet was so dirty that my infants clothes became super dirty just after crawling on it for 10 mins . There were stains on the carpet and it’s was dusty
