In the lobby there was fresh lemon water for customers. In the room there was a very soft carpet. Room were clean. The hotel is located very near a subway station and some restaurants and shopping places.

Service and the people were amazing!

The room was dirty and so was the bathroom. I would not ever stay again! The lack of cleanliness was super disappointing.

The check out time was 1200noon. If i knew earlier that I could stay at room till 1700h by paying CAD 50/-. WE had a late flight to Amsterdam

Not as clean. The bathroom especially. The cleaner didn't bother to take out the recycling and pretended to make my bed, but obviously didn't. The sheets underneath were not smoothed out. The sides of the toilet were dirty. Also, they should provide water daily or every other day.

We expected to use the pool, one of the reasons we selected this hotel for a 4 year old. It was very dissapointing and we did not receive any information in advance. Also, there was an extra blanlet i the room for the couch but no sheets, it took awhile to receive them ( the staf member was great) but this is not something you want to deal with around the midnight

We were in the city for a charity run and this hotel was a perfect fit for us! The hotel's proximity to public transit, restaurants and shops was a highlight. The rooms were clean and ready for early check in. We needed an extra hour at check out and were accommodated free of charge. There was plenty of parking (paid) in the neighboring lot. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We will be staying here again 100%

Big room, sparkling clean with all the amenities someone might need for a short stay. The bed was very big and comfortable. There is an internal link to the subway which is a bonus if it rains. The breakfast was good with many options and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Location - ability to get from hotel to subway without going outdoors was great, especially on a rainy day.

Housekeeping was every two days, yet supplies only provided for one day. E..g. one pack of regular coffee and one decaf. I know I could ask for more, but if housekeeping is every other day, why not supply room for two days. It's not rocket science. Room was modernized but with vestiges of prior life showing. Furniture was beat up in spots.

The fact that the train station is right there.
