La machine à café ne marchait pas.
Le système de ventilation faisait trop de bruit et impossible de dormir facilement
La dame au restaurant n'était pas accueillante
La carte d'accès à la chambre avait du mal à fonctionner. Il fallait répéter l'opération plusieurs fois

I did not know this is a pet frendly. Many Large dogs in elevator is not a good enviroment.
Many people outside the front reception smoking and drinking.

The check-in time was at 3pm. But we need to wait 1.5 hour to get our room because the room was not ready yet. No apologize, no updates until the guests asked, and lots of excuse. Other guests asked for 5% discount because they missed other plans since they couldn’t get to their room. No discount in term of compensation for the failure at their end. No breakfast

I don’t like how my credit card was hit 4 different charges. My credit card was charge for payment in full of the hotel. There was another 2 different charges still pending for no reason. Highly disappointed at what Armon Plaza Hotel.

It was close to the airport.
A lot of it wasn't clean and things didn't work. The coffee maker was filthy. The air conditioner had cobwebs in it. The shower tile had visible grout and mold on the ceilings. The phone didn't work and neither did the phone chargers. The hair dryer didn't work.

We loved how warm and helpful the staff were. We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. The access to the highway was really great and the lobby of the hotel was welcoming.
No microwave in the rooms, with small kids that would be great!

-shower curtains - like from past decade
-burned hair dresser
-moisture in the room. In the other one room I have seen drying professional equipment like vents.
-particle board floor expanded due to moisture.
-usb chargers weren’t working at all
-company credit card was not accepted
-staff had serious problem to add tax number to invoice
-restaurant was closed after 8, there is nothing around. not even hotel bar was working
-shower was moving, was not properly attached to wall
-windows were covered with steam or moisture

on arrival they told me we can not give you room you booked because we have shortage which was bad feeling
I drove with my family for around 9 hours and we arrived at 5 pm
they way that staff was handling issues not accepted

this hotel is being used as a government run hostel the hotel is old and the price was way too much for what it is

I booked 2 double bed and when I arrived, they said it was overbooked and there was only a large double bed left for us , and I had to sleep in the folding bed. Room size is small too
