I liked everything nothing to complsint about.
The parking not enough for all customers. I was sent to another location far from hotel. The last day of my stay, I requested they gave me a parking space in tbe hotel area since I was checking out at 0500. I was told to return later in the day to ask. I had to insist and finally was given a space in the hotel. Maybe give free parking as incentive for having to park far away when hotel cannot accomodate all vehicles.

This hotel has become our go-to whenever we visit the falls as a family or just my wife and I. Amazing value for what you get and staff goes above and beyond, esp William at the front. THAT is the person to speak to and deal with. Because of his service, they have earned our business for as long as we continue to visit the falls.

Location was great
Parking was awful. The lot down the street was super sketchy, especially at night.I would not recommend if you have kids with you
