Great location, quiet place, nice rooms

Staff are not the best trained in terms of customer service you would expect in higher level hotels They keep the fridge mostly empty, not even water which is what you would normally expect when you pay 1000+ cad per night

The location is amazing. Looking over the lake and being able to swim. The view, the food, the staff - everything exceptional.

We found the large bed very comfortable, and the balcony was fantastic—you could look down at the restaurant and enjoy the lively ambience below. The location was excellent, and the bathroom was wonderful too. Megan is fantastic staff, she is very attentive-care to all the details about the activities. She is very flexible and mind to check that will not reflect negatively to other guests. She is kind and helps so much with our children.

Housekeeping removed the used towels from the bathroom but did not replace them, which was surprising. Even after we called to request fresh towels, they never arrived. The bath foam and aromatherapy bath cubes were not replenished either, so we could not fully enjoy the bathtub during our stay. Our suite also had a sofa bed for our children, but it was not properly remade. The pillows were arranged neatly on top, while the bedding underneath was left untouched. Other small but noticeable details—such as straightening and cleaning the bedside and coffee areas—were also overlooked. Unfortunately, these issues gave the impression that the housekeeping service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. The cleanliness and proper upkeep of a guest room are fundamental to a comfortable hotel stay, so this aspect was particularly disappointing.
