Awesome location

The water took 5 mins to get hot and not much water pressure

The room was much larger than expected and had a kitchenette which we did not expect. The room was very quiet even though it was right in the middle of the square which was amazing. We could walk to the gondolas', stores and restaurants. The staff was all very friendly and helpful!!!!

The cleanliness was not as good, it was not bad, the bathroom tiles and the tub need a little more attention but I'm probably a little too hyper aware of these things.

Staff on the reception desk were excellent with check in and parking. We got an expected upgrade on our room and a lovely gift for our wedding celebration. A special mention to the two Australian ladies on reception - very impressed with their pleasant greeting and friendliness. Thank you

It was close and convenient to everything in the village.

It is very outdated. The rooms had peeling stuff coming off the walls. There were stains on the wall. The sink was leaking. The pool area was super dusty. The rinse off showers in the pool area were super dark and dirty. The shower heads looked like they had mold. They ran out of pool towels and it took almost 24 hours to get more. We had to ask for our garbage to be taken out, instead of having a place to throw it away ourselves. For a room that sleeps 6, there was no where for all of us to sit and hang out as a family.
