I love the Beddings

I dislike the fact that the Hotel Cannot provide complimentary Water for the room (24 bottles is less than $3 at Walmart), No Shower Cap and the Rug in the room 307 needs a thorough Cleaning/ Vacuuming. Our Bedsheet was not changed on a particular day and a Used sheet was laid back on the bed for us to sleep on. The Breakfast is not what i called a Continental dish, through out my 6 days not even a Bacon or Eggs was served in the Restaurant for a a so "called" Continental Breakfast.

Clean, quiet comfortable beds and convenient location

Close proximity to the airport, restaurants, banks. Cheaper room rates compared to Mississauga. The continental breakfast was decent, great coffee and fresh cut fruit.

Front desk staff a bit snotty and made false assumptions about my stay. I took the king jacuzzi room as it was the only one available and was cheaper than most rooms in Mississauga, and not because I was having a visitor. The cleaning staff knocked on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign on my doorknob. I work nights so I need to sleep during the day, and it screwed up my rest. The jacuzzi ceiling mirror had hand prints on it which I cleaned myself.

Friendly staff, quick to answer questions and respond.

I had booked 2 rooms. One I could tell by looking at it that the mattresses were good and comfortable. I did not sleep in that room. In the other room, it was visible that the mattresses were old and concave. I felt the springs in that bed. I did not sleep well. Also there was only one squirt of body soap in the shower. The lighting in the rooms were very dim.
