Cleanliness, friendly staff, good facilities.
Pool was closed was maintenance but that's not always controllable. There was typical downtown construction noise but that's no fault of the hotel either.

The room was ok. The bed / pillows is pretty much was is expected from a comfort inn. Not the greatest but good enough for the price. Breakfast was on the simpler side, but enough.
It's not their fault, but construction, acces to the parking and the random man that scream at 4 am in the morning was not the greatest, but it's not on the Comfort inn.
