The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of room for my partner and I. The shower was exceptional for such a budget friendly hotel. You had both a waterfall shower head and a hand held shower head that you could use simultaneously. After a long day of driving that was brilliant.
There isn't really anything that I would say I didn't like. We only stayed for one night, arriving at 10PM and leaving at 8AM so we didn't see anything that wasn't to our expectations.

The staff was very nice and polite. The location is great! Near everywhere I wanted to visit during my stay (Niagara Falls and the picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake). Easy to find and close to lots of food places and other amenities. Perfect place to stay for a good price.

There is a pool there with clean water, and it's very refreshing in hot weather.
The complimentary coffee, tea, and water for guests are a nice touch, too.
The only downside was that the air conditioner was quite noisy, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us.

Room was okay. Nothing fancy. However, I think it's still too pricey for what's offered.
Nightly rate is too high.
