Area looks recently developed and all the surrounding buildings appear new. Very quiet and safe. Easy on/off with the freeway. Breakfast location is just off the lobby and is very convient. Good selection of food plus offered fried eggs. Lobby has around the clock coffee and tea. Young lady who checked us in was very helpful. We requested a room with grab bars in the tub and she put us in 307. It was perfect and soon after accessing the room she called to make sure we were happy with it. Impressed with how pro-active she was.

The beds were great! The gym was good, and breakfast was fabulous.

The fridge didn't work, I asked to have it looked at 3 times with no follow through. The pool was grimey. The tiles need to be scrubbed. There were alot of people living there, it makes the hotel experience much different then a vacation feel.

The staff , they couldn’t help me at all and honestly never again coming here again , i wanted a refund and the manger is no where to be found and never book on booking.com they can’t help with anything just do it on the actual hotel website

I liked the whip cream with the waffles

I stayed in 303 and there were no darkening blinds and the room looked out directly to a parking lot light that was right there. It was fairly difficult to fall asleep.

First the service sucked, the front desk lady when arrived Aug 12 almost midnight was pretending she didn't see us. Second, the early morning of Aug 14, our cellphone wasn't charged and our alarm didn't went off, thus we were late, and that's when we found out that there's no power since 3am. We were in the fifth floor and there's no light in the stairs . No emergy power or generator. It was a very dangerous situation, and the manager didn't even showed up. We have to carry our big luggages through the dark stairs since nobody is around, and after we mentioned that to the front desk lady, she offered to call someone to do so. My husband spoke with the marketing manager, and promised to refund our stay for compensation. My husband's shoulder was in pain for 4 day after that incident.

Size of room, kitchenette, separate vanity from shower room. You had a list at the desk of local restaurants divided into categories. No too far from the POW Wow we attended. Staff was friendly and so was housekeeping staff. Good variety at the Breakfast.

Bacon was undercooked, could be a little crisp please.

It was clean and enjoyed the pool For the kids.

Was a little far from everything but understand why.
