We stayed here a couple years ago, and like it so much that we came back a second time. The pool and hot tub are great, with the added addition of a water slide. Unfortunately, the jets on Tue hot tub were not working this time around, but we still enjoyed regardless.
I think the only complaint I had was the breakfast wasn't great. There was alot of choice, but it was very salty and bland.
The bed was a bit to soft for my liking, but you can't please everyone.

The family suite is very clean throughout, nice pool and decent breakfast.

Easy access, great amenities and facilities. Staff were also wonderful! A great place to call home during MOMAR
Breakfast room was really so often hard to find a free table, not a big deal because everyone was super nice and we would join others. Might be good to have a few more smaller tables for smaller groups.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Suite was well equipped (hair dryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries). Included breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional.
The sofa bed DID NOT HAVE FRESH LINENS. Disgusting. It was too late at night when we discovered this. I had to sleep in soiled sheets. Staff were appalled and embarassed at checkout, offered modest compensation.
