Fleas jumping on my legs whenever I walked on carpet. My poor dog had to be treated next day for fleas. Traveled cross country from California and ONLY location with flea problems!

Location and the room had a fridge and a micro wave

The carpet is dirty, the desk chair all ripped and old, curtains are old , bathtub floor rusted

Pretty dirty hallway, they re in desperate need of renovation. Also pool was closed (main reason why we booked this hotel).

I did like the friendly front desk staff when I checked in, she was very pleasant

Very disapointed the pool was not open for the second year in a row, we are return customers for Lacrosse Provoncilas every year. I had 4 rooms booked based on a pool for the kids so was very unhappy to find it closed Carpets were very stained, rooms felt damp, window had no screen so I could get fresh air without bugs coming in The breakfst was Meh, no eggs, limited options, but hte re was cut up hot dogs and beans??

location close to go-train. room very clean and comfortable.

The location wasn’t bad

The breakfast was horrible. The AC in the room we were given leaked water all over the floor. The entire first floor rooms and hallways smelled like pot. The pool has been out of commission since April. It wasn’t worth the money we paid for at all. We didn’t even have a plug for our bathtub! And when we went to the front desk to get one, she handed me a box, and I had to assemble the bathtub plug myself
