The room was lovely and spacious, and the bathroom was well equipped. Some of the furnishings are a little dated, but they add to the rustic charm. The staff were very welcoming.
The wallpaper beside the bed could use some cleaning. Although the bed and bathroom were clean, noticing a stain on the wallpaper when lying in bed makes you question the overall cleanliness.

I had oatmeal a couple times for breakfast, great!
I was surprised that I had two flights of stairs to go up and down (didn't expect that and it followed on a hospital stay)... the maid kept giving me decaf coffee, really didn't like that!
