The staff were lovely, room was big and every convenience provided.
The location had its good and bad points. A lot of homeless people hanging around due to being at the end of the c-train free section of the rail-line, which made me somewhat uncomfortable. However, if this is of no bother to others then I couldn't fault it.

Location close to whole downtown via “ skywalk” and the restaurant at the ground floor “MOXIE”
The homeless situation around the hotel is a bad mark . The urine smell and dirtiness around the hotel due to the homeless people and lack of proper policies to sort out the situation by the Calgary council is giving a bad reputation to the area around the hotel . No feeling safe after sunset is not the best situation for someone visiting the city .

Parking and staff were good .
Room was dated and run down. Lightbulbs were out in the bathroom, fridge was broken and the carpet was ripped up by bathroom . The thermostat in the room didn’t work and it was hot .
