Besides the children smoking Marijuana and partying with no clothes on in front of my 3 year old we had a great time

It was grungy and dingy. Very far walk to the front desk

It was my sister and kids that stayed for a night. And they loved it. Kids went to the pool and they enjoyed it so much as it was warm. They enjoyed breakfast as well. And their room has an easy access to the parking lot which didn't gave us hard time loading and unloading their bags.

Good location.

The location was perfect. Very close to all amenities. Bed was comfortable.

There was a bad smell in our room which was #107. It was almost a musty or mouldy smell. The heat pump had spots that resembled mould so it may have been the issue. Staff weren’t very friendly and barely smiled. Pool was way too full all the time to enjoy swimming. It would be a good idea to have time slots to book for the pool, or even adult swim time!

The breakfast was really good. A few of the machines were broken but they had replacements available. The omelette station was a really great touch! The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable! One of the ladies working at the front desk was superb. Very accommodating and very friendly!

Not having access to the parking space in front of our door was a big inconvenience for my family and two of the ladies working at the front desk were extremely rude. The room had an odd smell and the carpet was extremely outdated and just felt kind of gross to walk on

Family suites (hockey room) was very spacious and perfect for our family. Loved the large living room area and bunk beds for the kids. Location was perfect, nice and close to the water park and other family attractions.

The over all cleanliness of the facility wasn’t great. Outdated and musty smell. Needs a deep cleaning and upgrading.

The breakfast was quite impressive 👌... full, hot breakfast... go early to beat the lineups

No elevator between floors

I felt the room was a good size.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There was a chair in the room that should have been in put in the garbage. I booked for 6 people and the room was accommodated for 3. The phones and internet didn’t work.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean the breakfast had a lot of options. I enjoyed that I wasn’t fighting over the coffee machine where it was placed in a different location.

No shuttle service. The event we went to had a limited or no taxi service. We waited.1 1/2 hours after the event to be taken back to the hotel this is no fault of the hotel but the hotel could have made extra money if they had a 10 person shuttle on that night that picked up at the event and took people back to the hotel and vice versa. To get there safely and on time I would have paid extra.

The room was nice and big. Travelled with the grandkids they loved the pool and the two tv’s in the room. There was a nice variety of food for the breakfast. Would stay again if in Moncton.

Everything was great except the lamp in the living room didn’t work.

Great location! Literally 2 minutes from magic mountain. The staff were lovely and accommodating. They always have tea and water out for you to enjoy. Good value for the money!

The bathroom in the pool is as unusable because it was dirty and toilet overflowing. Our room did not have a dresser or drawers to unpack our clothing into. Asked to change rooms and told non have wardrobes. I stayed multiple times a year for several years and always had one. Then the repo de was we are modernizing and replacing them. Then the new ones should have been placed before old ones removed. The hallways were extremely hot and carpets dirty

We liked that the hotel was close to magic mountain.

Although this is our go to hotel when we travel to Moncton, I’m not sure we will stay here again. The hallways and room were really musty smelling. There was dirt and crumbs under the pull out sofa and the sheet and blanket that were in the sofa were damp. Also, there was a blood spot on one of the blankets on the queen size bed. We weren’t told at check in that we had to ask for housekeeping services, so we expected that our room would have been cleaned while we were out. When we returned to the hotel, our key card had to be reactivated and once entering the room we noticed the room hadn’t been cleaned. The rude man at the front desk brought me garbage bags to change the garbage myself and clean towels I had asked for. Also, there were numerous people spiking door at the side entrance to the hotel as well as in the parking lot. Overall, not a pleasant experience this time!

Size of the room

Sofa bed was broken. No pillows for sofa bed. No blankets in the room. The door to the beds was broken. It was a suite but no glasses or plates.

We enjoyed the pool. Outdoor bbqs, the breakfast selection was good.

Pool and hottub did not seem very well maintained or cleaned. We found garbage in our room in a lower cupboard. There was no conditioner in the bottle. Attached lounge restaurant was a bit dodgy.

The lock on our outside door was somewhat broken, which was an uneasy feeling and an uncomfortable amount of bugs on the room floors

The room was nice but way to much money for 2 nights

The cost, the lineup at breakfast, waited over an hour, the floor beneath the ac was really wet in the room, reported it but they said that's normal

It was well located

It was pretty dirty… mold was in the AC (if we can call it an AC). I almost broke my back on the mattress of the sofa-bed. Carpet haven’t been vacuumed in days. Really disappointed…
