It’s old fashioned style and traditional values

The hotel was slightly out of the main town but still near enough to the main attractions. It was a good vantage point to see the fireworks on National Day.
There was nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was good, location good we have stayed in this hotel many times in the past
We were there with 18 members of our family for the night before our wedding (5 rooms booked, 2 family room/suites) and a table for 18 in the restaurant.
Our room, as the bride and groom was the worst accommodation we have ever had there, it was very small, no terrace and didn’t even have a long mirror, very disappointing.
The check in process was archaic, your PMS must be much outdated. The check- in took circa 15 mins and required the receptionist to have to step away from customers to photocopy details. The whole process felt like something from the 60’s. As an ex hotelier your check in process is talking a good 10/12 minutes longer than it should.
