The location is great. Plenty of restaurants very close. The staff were very friendly and overall a decent place to stay. The breakfast was also good!!

I really enjoyed the morning breakfast options. The rooms were spacious and gave plenty of room for our belongings. The parking was right in front of our rooms, which made leaving convenient. We really enjoyed the extra desk in the room to sit down and relax.

We happened to request a non-smoking room for our stay, and upon entry into our room, it smelled of someone who had smoked in our room beforehand. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We requested another room immediately, and thankfully we were able to be placed into another room quickly.

People are just all outside smoking and hanging around. Makes the place look like a drug dealing place. Almost has that unsafe atmosphere.

The check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast was tasty, accommodating, and convenient. Our stay was short, less than 24 hours. However, regarding the facility, the check-in and breakfast area (very closely attached)looked to have been clean. The value was good for us for a one night stay

I will say, what few hours we slept in the bed, it was comfortable. However, the room itself needs remodeling and the furniture replaced. There was no odor, though. I was so thankful for that. My advice is to always wipe down and spray with disinfectant throughout a room no matter where you stay. I really can't speak on whether the location is good or bad, I just know it was close to the airport. There is a question about if the property met expectations; based on the reviews from Booking.com, I was expecting the accommodations to be more updated...and because of that, yes, we were disappointed. Again, it served its purpose for one night

Processing at the reception desk was efficient. She was friendly, as is expected. Also quite helpful in giving us directions to the nearest Walmart Store.

Our trip was an emergency to attend a funeral. It was a problem finding a same day flight. We totally didn't know our way around, so we hastily took the first accommodation that came up. After all it would only be a night. "It was very disappointing: (1) we booked a non smoking room, but from the smell, it was not. (2) The bed looked as if it had been slept in, and remade. We actually went to the nearest Walmart store to purchase sheets and pillow slips instead of using what was on the bed. (3) About the external environment: there were several small bags of garbage, as well as little piles of bedding, and towels on the ground outside of a number of rooms. What a disgusting sight. Frankly, the place is rundown.

Hotel room appeared clean but when the sheets were pulled back little hairs were there , the mirror on the wall was crooked and the paint looked like it was melting off the wall with water damage,stains on the ice bucket and bedside lamp. All of this was fine for me , I got a cheap hotel for one night before a long drive (11 hours) home . The problem was that I specifically read through the comments and saw the hotel states they don’t allow “residential “ stays but that clearly isn’t the case . from the time I arrived the room directly above me (I’m on the bottom floor) had the door open constantly with people coming in and out look down, there was a man out there dusting off a carpet, sweeping stuff off the balcony , he then dropped change over the balcony and then asked me what he dropped. There was a woman who came out when I went to my car talking to me about her dog. The carpet almost fell off the balcony and scared my son . every time I walked out of my room their door was open and my children felt like they were being watched. I can almost guarantee that they do live here because they have a fully decorated Christmas tree still up in the room, they were pulling out motorbikes from the room and they have pictures hanging in the windows like they set up for the long haul (I know this again because their door was always wide open) Honestly I have no problem with them living in the hotel, you Gotta do what you Gotta do. I just feel like being a woman alone with children they could’ve put me somewhere that didn’t have people living in the hotel, (maybe another side )I have very young children and they kept looking up there and feeling very uncomfortable at the fact that the door was wide open and people could see them every time they came out.
