The room was clean and there was pretty good water pressure in the shower. It's surprising to have a hotel in this price range to have an indoor pool and hot tub, and it looked clean as a family was enjoying the spot. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. For an quick overnight stay or a group travelling on a budget, or people travelling around for work like me who just needed a bed, it's a great spot to be in as it's centrally located, close to restaurants and gas stations, and plenty of parking.
It's definitely seen better days. The hotel room itself was clean to the point of feeling a bit like a holding cell, as it was very minimalist in decor. The hallways all have some weird scratch marks as if someone had dragged something alongside the walls. The complementary coffee machine in the lobby (no coffee machines in the room) was nice, but it hadn't been fully stocked so the only coffee anyone could get was plain coffee, as there was no dairy or cocoa powder (I tried to get a hot chocolate and got hot tea water instead).

Central location, love the pool and hot tub and that there’s pet friendly room rooms. Dog could roam around outside on short leash The staff at the front desk were amazing. Met some lovely other guests
The room wasn’t super clean when we got there no coffee pot in the rooms the mattresses could be a little more comfortable
Lady next door was quite unpleasant lives there ft I believe

price is great, beds were very comfy, staff is very very good, checkout/check in is very smooth and efficient, they have dog rooms. we have come here every Labor day for 6 of 7 years and it is great value for the price. will come back often.
year after year the BOOKING.COM listing says that there is an onsite restaurant. 6 visits and we have never seen it open. It is not a big deal for us ,as there are many good eating places in the neighbornood.
However, I think the listing should be more accurate.
