Location and parking are excellent. The inn is very tired and requires extensive renovations. It’s a glorified motel.
Check in was good. Morning coffee was readily available but very weak. No decaf available. Rooms were tired but had a great view of the bay. Did not appear unclean but in the same vein, did not appear clean. Bedding was so so.
Bottom line is the would not stay here again - too many other options.
Not good value for the money.

Right on the water and being on Water Street
The are for the continental breakfast, very crowded and hard to maneuver, we also wasn’t aware you had to hang card on door for it for cleaning

"Jerry at the Check-in was Extremely Upbeat and friendly. Plus the 2 other gentlemen during the PM shift were SUPER Friendly and even went to get ice for me upstairs due to my sprained-ankle."
