We loved that the nightly desk person moved us from the 4th floor to the 1st floor to accomodate our dog. We liked that she fave our dog a treat bag with toy!

We did not like that our room was across from the railroad tracks. The pet fee was a little high per night.

Very Rude Management 😒

Blame me for stealing plants and other items the Management staff should be fired and Not allowed 🚫 to manage 🙄.. basically, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody

Location.

I had a problem (check out): a complimentary taxi was booked by the hotel, etc, but the guy who was at the desk reception told me it was not possible, it was a mistake, etc. Also I mentioned I was going to pay in cash for my stay and everyone, at the hotel, told me: of course, you can pay in cash (check out). What did the guy say when I was checking out? No, you can’t pay in cash, etc, etc..So after a couple of minutes trying to convince him he said he was going to accept cash as a “favor”. It was totally unacceptable, it was rude. Too much stress, not worth coming back to this hotel. Cleaning is not good too, they forget, everyday, to change towels, coffee, etc. And yes, I have requested it everyday!

Loved the pool and hot tub.

Vending machine on our floor was broke and ice machine was missing

the location was excellent for us as our grand daughter's graduation was held across the road!!

The air conditioner was noisy and hard to figure out.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious clean and well kept with the right facilities

The AC/Heater was a bit on the noisy side. Sure I could have improved it with a bit of expertise on the controls....
