This is our second visit to the hotel and we are once again delighted with our choice. After traveling for weeks it was especially appreciated to be so warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Huge shout out to Hashini for so kindly getting us settled in and her friendly and professional attention. She is a delight! Thank you, too, to Keith for helping me with something I’d left behind at the desk and promptly taking care of the situation. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the breakfast was excellent. We will look forward to staying again.

We had a great experience at the Delta in Kamloops. Wonderful front reception. Went out of their way to help us with our requests, and talk to us about local routes and were really friendly.
The room was spacious and very clean. Good crisp linen.
Nice views over downtown and into the surrounding mountains.
The pool is wonderful - but can get rather busy in the evening. We found that a swim in the morning was wonderful and relaxing.
Enjoyed using the gym too.
Easy parking, and good area to load and unload luggage at start and end of stays.
