Room was in good conditions. Vinly floors. Sheets looked clean. Room smell good. Tv had alot of channels. Quiet room.
The hallway needs work. The lights in the bathroom needs to be brighter.

I loved the staff, very friendly.
I was charged 25$ from my kids having juice stains on 1 sheet. It made me very upset as I know for facts and by law sheets have to be washed with a high grade detergent and stain would have come out. I could of understood if it was kool-aid as that can be very hard to get out.

House keeping staff was phenomenal! Always up for conversation or jokes, and made the stay feel like home away from home!
I did end up making friends with a cockroach

Only the location
Customer service is HORRIBLE, the Hallways is not vacuum, ice machine don't work, needs a nice smells threw the inside of the place, and have the nerves to ask for a deposit. The deposit is for if you waste food on the Sheets which don't make any sense. Oh by the way ,a bug i seen on top of the refrigerator and the fly 🪰 was bugging me all night. Not a gd place to go but, I guess when you pay cheap this is wat happens.
