Breakfast was above average. Hotel room was clean.
The check in process. My credit card which was held on file, the chip must have been old and was not working for the incidentals. The front staff refused to offer another option to check in, and as I continued to explain that if I was going to be refused, my credit card was still going to be charged for the room. She said the pin must be used for verification, despite providing ID and Credit card, I also had other forms of ID. After requesting a 1-800 number or manager to speak with, she said they could use a debit card for incidentals, but it would be $500 and most people don’t like to do that, I continued to say that was fine, but it was a big hassle.
The room in the photo did not match our room. The breakfast had waffles, but no syrup and the eggs had zero seasoning. Couldn’t finish, went to drive thru for breakfast.
