All the staff was super friendly and you can tell they all enjoyed their jobs. Everything was clean, and our room was beyond what we were expecting. We will be staying again.

Excellent location , super clean room and washroom, staff very polite and well dressed. Shuttle service always on time and fast.
Maybe the pillows are a bit hard and big. I would like to have different grades of softness to choose.

Upgrade without having to ask
Fight in middle of night by the “people “ you are made to take , chicken bones and fries in the hall, spit in the elevators
If people want to live like pigs in their own home that’s on them , but when they continue that behaviour at a hotel or other residence they should be removed to live in a garage or barn IMO
