A very large hotel room with a comfortable bed. The location is close to the airport, making it perfect for a quick overnight stay. Special thanks to the waitress who prepared my very first meal in Canada: the exceptional meatballs were absolutely delicious! 😊

The deposit policy was somewhat unclear to me. On the one hand, a security deposit is required and is refunded upon check-out. On the other hand, the conditions under which it is refunded or potentially withheld are not clearly explained. The room is not inspected together with the guest at check-out. I understand that this is based on trust, but from a European guest's perspective, the process lacks transparency.

Clean, friendly staff, good advice about booking shuttle

Details of layout in bathroom slightly annoying - toilet paper is directly under towel and therefore touching the towel, instead of closer to toilet, soap dispenser in shower very high up and under shower head so difficult to get to while showering

The front desk agent was very kind and helpful during check-in. However, he forgot to book our shuttle to the airport. When I arrived with my family to take the shuttle, there was no reservation for us. Thankfully, the night front desk agent was very helpful and immediately assisted us by making a new shuttle request. I really appreciated his quick response and assistance. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, but I would recommend double-checking shuttle reservations to avoid situations like this.

Doesn’t uphold the standard of Marriott brand Clean Shuttle to airport

Poor reception bar/ bistro customer service- not friendly not helpful You can hear all noises above ,had to request assistance as was facing a 32 hour flight and continuous loud thumping from above floor Facilities - didn’t present as stated .Gym small, pool hot tub smaller than picture When booking with booking.com booked for three adults breakfast included.However when arrived hotel refused third adult breakfast - stated deal for two adults two children,they were not interested in booking directed me back to booking .com Advertisement suggested a dedicated individual bar ,bistro and restaurant.There wasn’t,it was more like a cafe combining food and drinks- food was awful
