We really love the Residence Inn experience. Consistent room layout with living and kitchen space, wonderful bed and roomy sink outside of the bathroom.
Located a block from the edge of Kingston's historic downtown area, right on Lake Ontario.
Residence Inn breakfasts are the best quality of all hotels that offer this meal included.
Staff was wonderful.
Carpet might be a bit long in the tooth, shower tile was a bit slippery. Minor items compared to the positives.

Great location. Fantastic staff who were totally relaxed when 8 filthy and wet cyclists arrived with their bikes at the check in desk. They could not have been more helpful. Rooms were huge suites and the laundry facilities were exceptional and just what everyone needed at the time.
No real complaints about the property, however it is a big hotel accommodating a large amount of people, so breakfast in the fairly small dining area was extremely busy and a bit of a free for all.

Tasty and whole breakfast, Clean and wide room, Perfect location: close to everything and walking distance.
Wi-fi was a bit iffy, but not a deal breaker.

Coffee in the lobby served early was great. Breakfast buffet included. Very nice.
Beds weren’t that comfortable.
