Super 8 by Wyndham Gananoque - Country Squire Resort

Near everything in the property grate location

Nothing

Room, breakfast, pool, tennis court, location and loved that the main desk person was available by text and replied promptly to inquiries! Also, it was convient that Wild Wings was attached to the hotel. It provided great service and food.

1. The toilet was not secured to the floor and it felt unsafe. This was not mentioned to anyone as we were too busy to inquire and did not want to have to move rooms once we were settled and unpacked. And you really have to give it a good shove in order for it to move, so it was secure enough. 2. It would have been nice to have had a card table in the room to play board games. This was mentioned to the main desk person however, there were no tables/chairs to put in the room. And again, very pleased that that person was curtious and responsive to my request. This did not impede the enjoyment of our stay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful vacation experience! We will be back to stay in your wonderful hotel and will recomend the Wyndham Resort to our friends and family!

very clean, friendly staff, would have stayed longee

the only downside was that there was some fruit flies in the room

Bed was comfortable, the location was very good.

Maintenance was a major issue. Two dangerous holes in the parking lot and sidewalk area that have obviously been there for a while. A broken board covered the hole in the parking lot and fallen plastic fencing and a upside-down chair covered the sidewalk. Hole in the ceiling in the breakfast dinner, smoke detector kept chirping probably due to a low battery, several spider webs in the room. I believe that is enough for now. Note that many issues could be easily improved with minimal effort.
